If you asked my mom, she’d tell you I was the happiest little girl—sweet and full of joy. But beneath that joy lived a powerful inner fire.

For a long time, that fire was held too tightly to breathe.

As a life like this unfolds, containment is mistaken for calm. Emotion is bypassed. Self-worth is outsourced through compliance, and being received becomes the measure of acceptance. My story is not unique—it reflects a world that externalizes and disperses its power.

Real power—true, authentic power—rests in Divine providence. It is our essence. We rediscover it when we awaken to how deeply we are loved.

Learning to choose love, embody love, and live from love has been at the heart of my journey.

Within each of us, a spiritual landscape can unfold. It is cultivated through the practice of tending to the soul and surrendering the daily struggles of life to a greater wisdom. By intentionally opening our hearts and nurturing intimacy with the Divine, we rekindle the holy fire within.

In reverence for the sacred in this world, we begin to see that many of our answers lie in recognizing the preciousness of each heart before us.

When I was a child, I believed mystics were only the saints of the past. Now I see that each of us can walk on holy ground and discover a sacred path of our own.

I am Teresa.

I am a licensed therapist and intuitive healer with a spiritual practice rooted in A Course in Miracles, Hellenistic astrology, and a loving relationship with God.

Learning to offer love—no matter the circumstances—is the path to peace. I know this not as an idea, but as lived experience. Like everyone on this journey, I’ve had to learn, whether I wanted to or not.

A difficult marriage, a painful divorce, addiction and recovery, lifelong trauma, and navigating life with and without my children—each of these has taught me the same truth: I must become better at choosing love. Unconditional love. Not instead of the pain or the grief, but through it, beyond it, and ultimately in place of grievance.

This is not spiritual bypassing. It is truth-telling—sometimes raw, always honest—and it is grounded in what I understand to be the Ultimate Truth: that each of us is meant to love ourselves and others with the same love of God.

It is a practice. And over time, it transforms how we live, allowing us to live more peacefully within an otherwise chaotic world.
