Student of Metaphysics for as long as I can remember but caught in religious ideals for too long - suffering was the norm until I understood that God is love and unencumbered by my flaws.

Letting go of shame and guilt were necessary to seeing all that life has to offer and building a foundation of unconditioned love.

Your trauma does not define you.  

You are safely held here.  You are an emanation of Divine Love and there is no thing more powerful than that.
